A simple tulle and pearl headband. The puffy tulle evokes sea foam, while the pearls give the impression of bubbles. Includes two detachable bow pins.
The headband is wire by default and can be adjusted to fit your head by gently bending the band slightly wider or narrower. Please see here for more information about wire or plastic headbands.
