Included Headbands: Wire vs Plastic

Cydonia Revixit has a variety of widths, colours and types of headbands available.

For headdresses with an inner channel, you can insert a headband of your choice into the channel to wear it.

All headbands are covered with fabric (usually satin, 100% polyester) for comfort.

We recommend you choose a headband that suits your personal needs best, as both types have their own strengths and disadvantages:

Plastic

• Modestly flexible material but cannot be significantly adjusted
• Can be cleaned/washed in water
• Breaks easily and difficult to impossible to repair

Wire/Metal

• Can be adjusted to fit by flexing the band larger or smaller, therefore reducing head pain
• More resistant to breaking
• May have sharp edges or poke
• Will rust and leave stains if wet or washed
