In accordance with EU Right of Withdrawal, orders may be cancelled any time before they are fulfilled. You can request your own cancellation and refund here.

Orders that have already been shipped may be returned for a refund within 14 days of receipt, provided the buyer pays return shipping.

Please return items in their original, unused condition—returns found to be in poor or used condition may not be entitled to a full refund.

Made to order or custom items are final sale and cannot be refunded.
